It’s new menu will launch Next month. I was impressive with his idea. It deserve to get Michelin one star awarded. Chef presents the new Thai cooking techniques that comes from around the world. Even raw material, he select the special one to create a perfect dish. It is a must. See what are 8 courses? The staff will start past around with the Appertizer menu, which is a street-food concept. Chef want to show a new way of dining experience. The welcome menu consists of cashew nuts in edible bags. The edible bag is made from corn starch, Northern sausage with tofu, and another dish that is a fried chicken skin under the frozen satae sauce. It’s just an appetizer. Next!!! 1. Scallop tartar, served in a floating lotus flower in a glass 2. Tom yum prawn, Noodles prawn cracker and prawn cake 3. Cotton candy salad, Red snapper, cucumber. The staff came to cook Spicy salad sauce. It has cotton candy top on cucumber salad with red snapper. 4. White Asparagus with Red Curry and Crab was amazing dish. 5. Soy sauce ice top on the Tuna and avocado. It’s refresh and sour. 6. Veal with lemon grass and pickled pineapple. I love sauce. 7. Quil in Aromatic coconut milk sautéed mushroom. it’s my favourite Dessert.... 1. Flower shop…..It made from 5 flowers. 2.
