I don’t understand what it means but it's an unforgettable experience. I come to try Indian tasting menu. For the first time i’m thinking it’s a small dishes but it wasn't. I ask again "Who doesn't like Indian food?” I think most of Thai people don’t like. Please open mind Indian food is quit good taste. The head chef is from Indian. So it is authentic taste. They have 2 tasting menu which is Non-vegetarian menu and vegan tasting menu? Let’s see what I have tasted. If it’s my favorite dish I will put the star behind menu name. 1. TANDOORI JHINGA * King prawns steeped in roasted mustard seeds and caraway flamed in the tandoor and served with pineapple-chili chutney . 2.STUFFED WILD MUSHROOMS *** Stuffed mushrooms with garlic spinach & cheese cooked in the tandoor, and served with beetroot relish . 3. AJWANI MAHI TIKKA Salmon fillets encased in caraway seeds, fresh curd and garam masala, skewered and finished in the tandoor . 4. ACHARI MURGH TIKKA** Boneless chicken marinated in pickled spices and cooked in tandoor . 5. ELAICHIDAAR MUSHROOM SHORBA A classic soup tempered with a touch of Indian flavor, spiced with green cardamom and topped with cream . 6. Saffron and basmati rice topped with a hardy Indian flavored chicken tikka masala 7. SIDE DISHES / Dal Bawarchi . 8. ASSORTED BREAD BASKET / Olive and garlic Naan, green & red chili Paratha*** . 9.
